CASPER, Wyo. — Rules for tenting inside Casper City Limits are a step closer to going into impact. The Casper City Council voted on 2nd analyzing Tuesday, June 18, to approve new tenting regulations inside the Municipal Code. On first reading, the Council passed a change offered via Vice Mayor Shawn Johnson. That amendment makes an exception for possible future campgrounds on City-owned assets.
